TOWN COUNSEL: Ilana Quirk
Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained procedures for the evening.
CASE NO. 3387– BOG VIEW LLC – BEAVER DAM ROAD
Sitting: Peter Conner, David Peck, and PersonNameMarc Betti.
Mr. Conner said that after consulting with Ilana Quirk from Kopelman and Paige it was discovered that Attorney Angley was not given the draft decision and asked the Board to consider continuing the deliberations to next week.
Attorney Quirk said that giving Attorney Angley an additional week will allow for conversation between the two in order to resolve any issues.
Mr. Main made a motion to allow the deliberations for Case No. 3387 to be continued to March 14, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. Peck seconded.
Unanimously continued.
Attorney Quirk left the meeting.
CASE NO. 3402 – MERRITT BELLE ISLE – REAR LONG POND ROAD
Sitting: Peter Conner, William Keohan, David Peck, PersonNameMichael Main and PersonNameMarc Betti.
Mr. Peck read the legal advertisement into the record.
Mr. Parker, Land Management Systems, representing the petitioner, referred to written material on file in the ZBA office. The petitioner would like to demolish an existing cabin and construct a new dwelling in a different location on the property. A back out will be constructed half way down the driveway. Fire retardant materials will be used. The land will be cleared 100’ around the dwelling. No pine trees will be left around the dwelling.
Mr. Belle Isle said that he could put in a large well. The driveway will not be paved.

CASE NO. 3404 – GARY A. OUELLETTE – PINEWOOD ROAD

Mr. Peck read the legal advertisement into the record.
Mr. Stefani, Flaherty & Stefani, representing the petitioner said that the new addition will be used as living space. The bedroom and closet will be enlarged.
Mr. Peck asked the petitioner if the shed would be removed because it appeared as though it would be harder to get to.
Mr. Stefani replied that the shed was used for garden tools and would remain.
